"What's the status report Emanuel?" Bill asked speaking into the phone "And what of Northman? Are there any sighting of him?" he sipped slowly from his glass of blood "I see, and is there anything else that I should know....Fine..I want an update as soon as you can. Thank you" and with that he ended his call.
It seemed that trying to track Eric Northman was like trying to find a needle in a haystack, if he did not want to be found, then he wouldn't. But Bill would not give up trying to find him. Glancing at the clock, it was only 10:30, it had been a couple of days since he last heard from Jessica and no updates about her situation with the Tiger John Quinn. Hitting dial on his cell he waited for an answer, voice mail.
"Jessica....Its Bill. Call me when you receive this. We need to talk" he spoke into his cell, and hung up.
Sitting back in his chair behind his desk, his evening was clear, promising that he would spend the evening with Kiara once he had finished with his daily duties. He closed his eyes and was able to relax for the first time in days, no visits from the dead. Nothing. As he raised his glass of blood to his lips, feeling the blood drain into his mouth.
"What no sharing?...I am ashamed Bill" he had heard that voice before. Opening his eyes, he saw someone he never thought he would see ever again.
"Christian" he muttered.
