Checking In

Quinn smiled as he watched them walk up, hand in hand. He turned and winked at Tijgerian and heard Rajat giggle. He picked up the last of the bags and set them on the trolley. He nodded to the airhop and walked toward the front of the airport. He glanced back at Tolvin and nodded, watching as Tolvin pulled out his phone and sent a text. He turned back to the street and saw a long SUV pull up in front of them with a "Tigris Lt." logo on the side. He watched as the airhop put their bags in the back of the SUV and held the door for them. He led Rajat inside and waited for Tijgerian. Once all of them were inside, he heard Tolvin tell the driver the name of the hotel. He chuckled as Tolvin quickly made a few phone calls. They pulled in front of the hotel and the door opened. He climbed out of the car and nodded, seeing the hotel. He followed Tolvin inside and to the desk, keeping an eye on Rajat as he did. He stood there as Tolvin rang the bell on the desk.

Tolvin stepped to the desk and smiled as the receptionist walked from the back room.

"Welcome back Mr. Richter. Are these the guests you mentioned?"

"Yes, though we need a minor change to the arrangements. I still need the double room for Miss Tigris, her son, and nanny. We still need to have the connected room for Mr. Tigris, but we will only need one additional room. The last room will be unnecessary as Miss Petrakis will be sharing a room with me."

He glanced over at Rochelle and smiled as she scooted up next to him. He was slightly amused when the receptionist's smile faded a little at the change. She printed out the paperwork and slid it across the desk, not looking up.

"Please sign the marked locations and everything will be in order. Your rooms are accessed via key cards. Please keep track of them as there is a $10 charge to replace them. As you requested, the rooms for Mr & Mrs Tigris are adjoining rooms and your suite is across the hallway, facing their rooms. They are of course on 7th floor. The elevators are down the hall."


"Of course..."

He filled out the forms and passed them back to her. He listened as she explained which key card was for what room. He handed Tijgerian two key cards as Quinn one, then took the last two card, handing one to Rochelle. He knelt down to Rajat and smiled.

"Well now...this is an adventure, isn't it. I need you to be careful here, Rajat. You need to be with either your mommy, Mr. Quinn, or myself while we are here. Do you understand?"

Rajat looked a bit disappointment but nodded his understanding. He moved over, taking his mother's hand and sighing. Tolvin took Rochelle's hand and led the way toward the elevators.

She checked her messages and emails as they drove to the hotel, ignoring the heated looks from on John Quinn. She smirked slightly as he and Rajat looked at the sights of the city as they passed. Seeing a message from George, she cocked a brow and deleted it. She'd deal with him later.

She was looking down at her iPad when she heard a small giggle and looked at Rajat who was pointing at Tolvin and Rochelle's hand holding. She smiled a bit at Rajat and rolled her eyes. Must they act that way in public? Seeing the receptionist demeanor change, she couldn't help but chuckle and reach between the love birds.

"Interesting new sleeping arrangements. Nice to see you finally took my advice." She said before turning on her heel and looking around for the bellhop. She had her business face on and ready to take Brazil by storm.

She couldn't help but smile ear to ear as she held his hand and listened as he spoke of the changes. She hadn't even noticed how the woman was looking at Tolvin until she realized he was talking to someone else. She was on a haze. It felt sort of good to be out in the open.

She moved back a bit as Tij reached between them and made her comment to which she replied without missing a beat. "Same advice you should be taking." She actually blushed after saying it when she met the eyes of mister Quinn and quickly looked away, letting go of Tolvins hand and going to Rajat. Tij of course, pretended not to hear her.

"Hey Rajjie. So what are we gonna do today? Mommy will be busy with conferences and meetings but we can play." She stood and looked nervously at John. "I mean if you...you need me to. I uh....don't want to overstep." She fidgeted with her necklace.

Quinn chuckled at the exchange, winking at Rochelle as he looked down to her.

"About time you two gave up trying to hide things. We've known for a while. Just keep it to your private time. I have a video call to make in a little while. If your Mistress does not need you for anything, you are welcome to help entertain Rajat until I am free..."

He looked over to Tijgerian.

"We have made arrangements for you, Tij. There is a private car waiting for your use, and a were-panther security officer we worked with last time I was in Rio. He will be at your side when you are away from mine. This is not open to negotiation, after Paris. I have reason to believe someone at your company is involved. They knew you would be in Paris...and they would know you are coming here. That is why all the precautions."

He stepped close and kissed her cheek.

"Now then...after that flight, I imagine you want to change and then have things to do. I promise you that Rajat is going to be kept safe. We have four more were-panthers around the building as well as the hotel's security staff. You do not need to worry about him while we are here."

She blushed a bit more and smiled, shocked he had said he was glad to see them together. "Well I uh. I thank you sir. And I'll not let it interfere with my work." She have Tolvin a sly grin and took Rajat by the hand to bring him up to the room.

Passing Tolvin, she rested her hand in his shoulder and lifted herself to whisper in his ear. "See you later...stud." She smirked and walked off with Rajat.

Arching a brow at his revelation, she waited until they were alone before she spoke. "As crazy as I'd like to think you are, I was actually suspecting the same. George isn't acting like himself. But I can't focus on that right now I have meetings all day today. I'm a bit jet lagged so perhaps a shower will pick me up enough." She turned towards the elevator and looked over her shoulder. "One I may let you join. If you play your cards right that is." She chuckled and continued walking.

Quinn grinned as he watched her walk, then followed her to the elevator, slipping his arm around her waist. He whispered in her ear softly.

"I'll think I'll take you up on that..."

Tolvin grinned at Rochelle as he watched Miss Sevti neatly wrap Mr Quinn around her finger as easily as his hand had found her waist. He walked over, taking Rajat's other hand as they waited for the elevator.

She smirked and watched the numbers light up, hearing her alerts go off, she looked down at her palm and read the message. Closing it, she looked over at John and smiled. "I'm sure you would. I have two hours until I meet with Joanna. I'm sure I can find something to do in that time."

She looked over at Rochelle and Tolvin. "I'm sure you can handle things for now? I'll be getting ready for my meeting so if you need me you know where to find me." She smirked. "Same applies for John. I need his help with some things." Her grin spoke volumes. When the elevator doors opened, she stepped forward to board it.

She smiled and listened to Tijgerian, shocked that she would openly admit John would be with her. It was the most blunt she'd ever seen her. She chuckled softly and stepped into the elevator behind them. Rajat rubbed his eyes and yawned. They were all jet lagged. She yawned too. "We'll be fine. May catch a nap while you're out, right Rajjie?" He nodded sleepily. She looked over at Tolvin and gave him a small smile.
