The pulse of the male on her heart had come to a slow hum as his breathing became shallow as he lay on the edge of death. Finding my way towards the doors that opened up into a brightly lit manor, with not a pulse that I could hear. With my progeny Jessica in the cells at the Authority where she would remain. The manor had a very pungent smell of rotting, decaying death.
