Pam's fingernails tapped away at the calculator at vampire speeds as she figured out the nights profits. There had been a large decrease from humans in the bar and lately it was striking her as odd. Something was going on but she didn't know what. Had they all come to their senses and thought of them as scary instead of 'cool'? A voice whispered in the background and caused her to stop tapping. She looked up with an un-amused look and cocked a brow.
"Vengeance will be mine...." She tilted her head to the side to listen closely not sure if she heard correctly. She was the only one in her office and it bugged her that someone was trying to be funny. She didn't have time for funny, she had shit to do and had to do it now.
"Vengeance...."
Rolling her eyes she went back to tapping away and said aloud, "Fuck vengeance and fuck you, I'm working dammit." The voices stopped and she brought her eyes back to the receipts that she flipped through in the blink of an eye. Whatever that was about was beyond her, she was ready for a long hot shower and Tara.
