As Willa’s dark green SUV parks at the bar she has this disturbing felling that something is amiss. There just wasn’t enough workers working outside. Even though it was evening out Fangtasia had flood lights installed so vampire construction and tradesman could be employed .But it was strange tonight no one was around “weird” she said under her breath. She got out of the SUV and walked up to the unfinished door with the rough hard iron door handle and slowly pushed it opened .She heard allot of commotion going on so she quietly walked in and softly closed the heavy door. “What the hell “ she thought “What’s going on “ She asked in her business like tone with just a hint of worried she just couldn’t help.
James the night head watch blurted out “Pipes busted under the main bar ...need an extra week to fix ....and an extra couple of days after that to hook it all up again to the addition .” Willa looked dumb founded “what ....busted....another two weeks... are you flipen crazy? We have to be ready to open on the 14th of February no later than that. What can we do to move the time frame up?” James looked over all the vampires and said “Well....If we had a couple of them vamps plumbers we could step up things allot but we don’t and there are any around.” Willa couldn’t believe out of twenty-five vampire workers working for her there wasn’t one plumber .She looked over everyone and the asked James “Is it possible to teach a couple of our vampire tradesmen enough to help move up the time frame?” James takes off his hat and rubs his thinning hair and calls for volunteers and all raise their hands. James picks out three metal workers and partners them up with the two plumbers they have on staff.Willa turns and grabs James arm “ This better work, here is a cheque for all the extra expenses and for the rest of the supplies .We need to make our deadline .” She says squeezing just a little too hard, James pulling his arm back says “ Yes Miss I promise we will meet our deadline.”
Willa goes to the bar gets herself a True Blood, picks up her books and briefcase and heads to her office. The only thing on her mind is this better work ...My Bloody Valentine Day will bring the bar back to life I just know it will ....
