I was off for the first Friday in a while, and to my luck, Jason had to work the night shift. I contemplated calling him over but knew that he'd refuse since what happened last time. He picked me up and we went for a drive, he was on duty and I loved seeing him in uniform. It was my birthday and we...sorta...kinda...got a little hot and I accidentally pushed the radio on and the station heard the whole thing. Thankfully he wasn't fired, but Andy wasn't too happy bout it. Since then, when he's working he stays away. I was so embarrassed I could have died if I wasn't already dead. Tara had to work and Bill was out of town. I was severely bored and actually thought about going in to work just for the hell of it.
Then I thought about going to Fangtasia. I hadn't fed from anyone but Jason in months and I was a little hungry for a different flavor. I knew they had blood donors at Fangtasia, so that wasn't cheating....was it?
What the hell, why not? I made my way to my closet and pulled out the outfit and accessories that Bill had gotten me for my birthday. The peach colored dress made my eyes and hair stand out. After applying some makeup and perfume, I slipped my heels on and grabbed my keys and phone. As I made my way downstairs I put my phone in my clutch and headed out the door for Fangtasia.
