Loss and Rage...

She nodded, looking at their hands together. She then chuckled "So... getting rid of all the gadgets huh? I told you it was too much" she said before blinking.

"Hey, why don't you come stay with me? Unlike you I'm not a huge tech junkie, and you can keep running your business without moving into a hotel"

"I am not sure your Bill would want me living in his house, Kitten"

She made a face "I haven't been to that place since he attacked me. I'm back at my own home Quinn" she shuddered visibly, the memory still too fresh that it made her cringe.

"It's just an offer Quinn, up to you"

~seeing her expression, I laugh a bit harder~

"I'll think about it, Kitten. You should probably get going to do whatever you need to do. I should probably call a remodeling crew in to get started. Once I have things moving, I'll consider your offer."

She nodded. "Thanks for the phone... I should have returned it sooner but...you know" she said softly.

"I guess it is late and I should go... Need to be up early for the celts anyways" she muttered as she thought about her early call and it made her almost visibly groan.

"Celts? I don't think I am even going to ask. "

~Lifting a wooden box from the mantle, I hand it to Kiara~

"Vincent picked up your phone from the repair shop yesterday. It is in mint shape. Thought you might want it back..."

She nodded "Donors...you know how picky vampires are" she said before looking at the box.

"Oh thanks... glad to have it back" she said softly, opening the box and just letting out a breath of relief. It didn't smell of blood so it wouldn't remind her of that night.
