A Shopping we will go....

*she had gotten up early, and left right behind Alcide. He had been working hard on the plans for their new home, and they were to a point where they could start picking out the flooring and wall coverings for the new house. The plans had been picked out, and they had a site to build it on. Alcide has started ordering the materials for the building itself, and had given her to go ahead to start shopping for the interior colors, stone and wood for the floors and walls, and had pretty much told her to get whatever her heart desired. Smiling, she was in the flooring department of the home store in Shreveport. She had been to several throughout the day, and this was her last stop. The gentleman helping her, gave her samples and price lists for each tile that she picked out. She had picked out six different tiles for the kitchen and bathroom floors, but would not buy anything until talking to Alcide and getting his input on which one he liked. So any and all of these can be used as flooring in the kitchen, or bathroom, or you can use it on the walls and backsplashes as well?

*seeing him nod and say "Yes ma'am they sure can". She smiled at him and put the tiles in her bag with the price lists*






*thanking the gentleman, she took her bag and left the store, hopping into her truck and heading back home to where Alcide was asleep on the couch, with an empty beer bottle beside him. Smiling, she sat her bag on the table, and kissed his forehead softly, running her fingers over his face, before heading to the kitchen to start dinner*
