Working under the sun.

Kiara had phone Alcide several weeks ago about an addition to her home. With the weres coming out things had gotten messy but it seemed that finally he had gotten around to her order.

So early during the day she'd left Bill's house and gone to her own house in Baton Rouge. It was barely 10 am and the sun was out and scorching. Humidity was up and she was already sweating. She was just waiting for the call so quickly she went back inside. She changed into a pair of cut off daisy dukes and a loose button up shirt and even prepped several pitchers of peach lemonade for when the workers arrived.

She knew what it was like to work under the sun and her daddy had taught her to always be nice to the blue collar worker.



So with several pitchers chilling in the fridge she sat in her den and waited. The sun poured inside from her den windows. She couldn't wait to see the new addition to her deck. It would extend the size all the way to where her pool was and add some much needed shade from the Louisiana sun.

Alcide pulled up with the trailer in tow followed by two other trucks so this job could be finished in a day. He had hated to keep her waiting so long but things were still off since the outting. Nodding for the men to go out back, and unload the wood they would need for this job. He went to see where this young were was. Seeing a long legged woman in damn near indecent shorts was playing hell with those blue balls he had from last night. This was a job though and he had to play nice and keep it in his pants, this one offered more prosepective jobs anyway. "Miss Griffen?"

Kiara smiled and got up. "You must be Alcide Herveaux" she said softly. The wolf was tall and she could smell the alpha on him. Part of her was weary, alphas were not the nicest of wolves but she kept her cool.

"Let me show you to the deck" she said as she stepped out and lead him barefoot around her home. Unlike most of the homes closer to the city, her home was large, with a nice manicured lawn around, several fruit trees and shade trees, even hammock hung between two trees. Her spot outside, which lead to a large rectangle shaped pool was a lot of open space between the house and the pool, along with an outdoor pit area for bbq and some patio furniture.

Watching the sway of her hips was almost enough to make him howl in flustration. Clutching the board with the measurements he saw the pool. "So you wanted to go to the pool anything special you want to add while we are out? And their is gonna be a roof right?" Kicking his ass as he stared at the thin shirt barely covering her breast. Mouth watering as it took all his energy not to reach out and touch the pert nipple kept behind the cloth.

She nodded "Yeah, a roof would be nice to cover the deck. I guess for special just railings, with matching wood if you have it. Also here..." she said as she walked over to a spot about 2/3rds of the way between her back door and the pool. "...have it dip a bit so it starts out higher from the door but slowly dips down until it reaches the pool at the right level"

She smiled as she looked around, hands on her hips as if debating anything else she should add while the men were out here. "I think that would be it, unless you got any suggestions to make it look better" she said with a chuckle. She could feel the weight of his gaze on her but she didn't connect the dots that his looks had to do with the way she was dressed. She was so used to dressing like this around the guards back at Bill's that she'd gotten used to them never looking at her.

Bitting the inside of his cheek, he hoped the bludge wasn't to noticable thankfully he had left the shirt untucked this morning. Running his fingers threw this dark hair. He looked down at the water lapping the concrete. "Well a few planters since I still have them in the back of the truck. They are nice enough to have some kinda pretty flower and add to the look. Did you want any lighting around the roof?" Looking back at her his eyes burning as his gaze lowered to a nice warm place between her thighs.

She nodded, looking around. "Plants would be nice. Do it." she said as she walked around the pool, even dipping a toe into the water for fun.

She stepped away from the pool and walked up to him. She patted his shoulder casually. "I'll pay for the planters too so don't worry" she said as she stepped aside as one of the workers walked by with some materials.

"You guys get started. If you need me I'll be in the front working on my car" she said with a cute smile. "Oh and theres lemonade in the kitchen if you boys get thirsty"

"Thank you Miss Griffen, but the planters are left overs so their on me." The way her hips swayed was so damn hot. Giving the boys the go ahead with the few changed. He had time to go get the planters and a few flowers. The way she was bent over the hood, the shorts riding higher Alcide had to turn and focus on the truck. Growling he grabbed the extra planters and a few flowers he had from the other day to prep them. Putting them around back, he went to see where she kept the hose so he could water them in. Damn those cheeks were nice.

Kiara leaned back. She had some grease on her shirt and hands, sweat dripping down her face and down her neck. She tossed aside an empty oil bottle and looked around.

She made her way to a corner of the front lawn where she had one of her two hoses already hooked up. Turning on the water she waited until the hot water cleared out of the hose before just leaning down and taking a drink straight out of the hose and even wetting her head with the hose. She shook her head, water dripping down her head, some water wetting her blouse, making it cling to her chest to show a very obvious lack of bra outline.

"Damn it's hot..." she muttered.

He groaned in agony, going over to the were who was now wet and looked like she should be feasted upon. "Where is your hose Miss Griffen so I can water the plants in the boys are working on the deck now." Having removed the tshirt just before getting the planters sweat making his well honed muscles shine.

She turned around when Alcide spoke and froze. Damn the man was built like a wall, with muscles in all the right places. Sweat was like a marker to guide her eyes down the contours of his chest and down to his hips where his jeans rode low.

"Oh...um yes hose..." she said, getting her thoughts back together. She lead him to the back where she had a second hose set up. She showed him where it was and took a moment to look around at anything but the half naked wolf near her. "Looks like you boys work fast" she said softly.

A slow smile going up his face, her scent going up to hit him hard. Eyes darkening as he went to show her the plants that could weather the summers of relentless heat and still flower red blooms. "Will these be okay Miss Griffen? The boys should be done in about thirty if you need some help with the car I don't mind." He wanted a reason to stay and take in more of that lush body.

She nodded then when he spoke of her car she perked up. "Oh could you? My baby is giving me issues. Thought it was just the oil but now..who knows" she said, speaking about her car like a real car junkie.

She smiled and jumped up a bit as if she'd remembered something. She turned around and dashed back inside. She wasn't gone for long as she came back with a tray filled with glasses of fresh lemonade on ice.

"Figured you and your boys could use a treat in this heat"

Motioning the boys over to get a drink making sure none looked at her as anything more than a client. They thanked her politely and drank it down quickly. Sipping mine as he watched her, sweet and beautiful and damned if that shirt was almost thin enough to see the color of those nipples. His mouth watered even more as he nodded thanks. "We'll finish up quickly then I'll be around to help you."

She nodded "Alright then...I'll be up front" she said before excusing herself. Damn. The full moon, the hormones, the half naked men and the lack of sex lately was getting to her.

She'd always been a sucker for a good looking male, a hot blooded one at that.

"Bad Kiara... bad" she muttered to herself, instead just engrossing herself in her car, not only cleaning it out but trying to tinker with the engine. Unlike the nice car that Bill had given her, this had been her fathers old Camaro. It was precious to her and it was her pet project that helped her just relax and gather her thoughts.

Watching as the guys packed up finished, he had them add the good lighting around the top as he finished the planted the last flower. He waited til everyone had left to come around to her. His jeans now plastered to his legs and hips showing off his very endowed member. He ass was heaven sent. Going over and clearing his throat to peek her attention.

Kiara was waist deep into the hood of her car. One leg bent up as she was reaching for a spark plug that had escaped her grip.

She heard a throat being cleared and she lifted her head. "Oh hey..." she said as she straightened up. She had a bit of grease on her neck and a dirty spark plug in her hand.

"Guess you boys are done in the back?"

"Yes ma'am um do you want to see what we have done." Grabbing the towel that was clean out of his back pocket and wiping the grease of her. His mouth water for a taste. Looking down at his feet kicking the dirt. "Ready?"

She blinked when he wiped something from her then chuckled "Thanks" she said before she nodded and let him show her the work in the back.

They worked more than fast. With the fresh wood, the plants all around and the steps in the right places it just brought her pool area together.



"Oh wow...." she said in a breathless tone as she walked around, her hands gently grazing the wood of the railings.

"Is it okay Miss Griffen." Watching her move slowly around in awe. She was breathtakingly beautiful, but in a way most women couldn't be. In cut offs and an old tshirt she was making her hornier than a teen with a playboy. Following her fairly closely he was catching glimpses of cheek more often than not.

She nodded "Oh yes.. it's perfect" she said as she leaned against one of the railings. Her shirt had dried off from the previous hose session but it still clung indecently to her chest.

She looked at him and regretted it. He looked almost too mouthwatering. Shirtless, jeans so low on his hips she was shocked they didn't just fall off and judging by the trail of dark hairs that rode from his navel and disappeared into his jeans she was SURE he was commando under that, which upon a quick further inspection was confirmed as the denim clung to his groin and showed off part of a package that was almost rude NOT to stare at.

She cleared her throat. "So...how much do I owe you?"

"Well since I was already down this way and had most everything already what do you think about 500." Hands dipping into the pockets of his jeans to keep from touching all that perfect skin. A man could get lost in a body like that for days. Trying to keep his tongue in his mouth when his low words rumbled out.

She nodded, touching her back pockets, then her front pockets. "Shoot.. wallet is inside... mind coming in? I'll grab it real quick" she said as she walked towards the back door that lead to her kitchen.

She left him in there as she wondered towards the den where we wallet sat on her table.

Following her into the cool house, those damned hips hypnotic in their movement. He tried to think of the unsexiest thing he could, Eric and Bill in pink heels and matching dresses. Yeah that brought his pecker down to not raging boner material. The sweet smell of her making it hard for him to be limp, well until thoughts of Bill and Eric in drag came to mind.

"Well I mean if there's anythin you need you can always give me a ring. I'll still help with your car if you want though."

Giving her a rouge smile in honesty. He really had to get laid once he was back in Shreveport maybe that would stop these thoughts.

She nodded as she came back with the money and handed it to him. "Oh yeah the car" she said as she walked back outside where her camaro was.

"Well can't hurt to have a second look" she said as she opened the hood of the car again, somewhat leaning over it.
