Death Is Only The Beginning

Christian had risen later that evening than he had planned, the torturous 4 days that he had subjected his Maker Bill Compton was something that he planned to keep as a memory for the rest of his eternity. Hearing his Maker's cries was like music to his ears. Sleep deprived was a vampire's weakness and it was painful for them to be kept awake during the day whilst other vampires rested in the darkness.

But he had planned on making his Maker's torture last for as long as he could before he bored of the many nights along with Bill. There was no way that anyone could find them, he had seen to it personally that they would not be disturbed. He had planned for tonight to be the night that everything ended. He had slowly grown tired of everything and knew it would soon be time to put Bill out of his misery. All his careful planning had all gone to plan.

He could hear Bill's screams echoing from his resting place as the two humans that he had glamoured to watch over Bill during the day went around their duties of crushing every bone in his body to let it heal slowly and repeat the process.

Christian's small legs hung from the height of a large cargo box as he hopped down to the concrete floor, his hands rubbing together in anticipation as he headed into the secluded room that his Maker was confined too, tonight would be his last and then he would be free.

Entering the room, the echo's of Bill's struggling muffled cries swirled around him, he would enjoy it whilst it lasted, and tonight would be the end of it all.

Kiara was on the road, driving like the proverbial bat out of hell. Her phone buzzed and buzzed and she reached for it. It was a message from Quinn and as she waited for the picture to download she turned a corner sharply. Her trackers had narrowed down Bill's location to just a few blocks, but all those blocks had abandoned warehouses.

The picture finished downloading and she had to actually stop driving to look at it. On her small phone screen it didn't make much sense. Not until she zoomed in and out to get the full picture. A map. More precisely a map of Bill's location as a bright red dot was the proverbial X.

The map was of the blocks she'd narrowed down and it pointed to one warehouse in particular. She called up her wolves to stop searching so they wouldn't be near any danger. Instead she had them park a large RV at a safe perimeter distance and bring some donors just in case.

Kiara drove to the warehouse and parked a few blocks from it. She got out and opened the trunk, getting ready to go inside.

Christian perched himself on a small assembled chair that he used to sit and watch as his Maker was subject to the violent torture of the humans that he had glamoured to do his bidding whilst he slept peacefully for the day. A smile crept slowly across his face and a large pool of blood flooded beneath the lifeless body of Bill Compton as he lay there defenseless unable to respond to the impending attacks.

He hopped down from his assembled chair as he circled his Maker slowly watching blow by blow that he was receiving. He enjoyed the scene folding out to him as he crept a little closer to his barely alive Maker who was severely weak from blood as he was deprived of blood and rest.

"Stop!" he commanded.

Bill could practically feel his life begin to slip away, his body defenseless to the impulsive attacks from the humans who had become his young progeny's lackey's. Deprived of sleep and blood, he wasn't sure how much longer his body could hold out from the sheer agony that he was subjected too. Every inch of his had been subjected to the harshest of torture that he felt that he was holding onto life by a thin thread that was constantly un-winding and ready to break.

With no way to shield himself from the attacks, he shuddered and screamed out in agony with each landing punch or kick that hit his already frail body. Without any strength to block out anything to protect those he loved from his own self inflicted pain.

"Stop!"

Bill let out a gasp as he twisted his head as he choked on his own blood surging and flowing from his own mouth as he spluttered it all over the floor. He was glad for this moment of break in his torture, preparing for another attack.

Kiara donned on a full leather suit, grabbed some silver cord and a few vials of pure fae blood and went into the warehouse.

Instantly the smell of blood, decay and death hit her like a brick wall. She had to take a moment to sort it all out as it was very overwhelming. She could hear screams, and muffled talking.

The screams were masculine which she figured was Bill but she couldn't make out who was talking.

She lowered her face to the ground and sniffed. There was more than just two vampires in the warehouse.... two other beings... men... and they were human. Well that made things slightly easier.

She reached into her pocket and slipped on her special contacts. She didn't want to get glamoured by anyone tonight. She made her way through the warehouse, dodging debris and knocked down metal, following the sounds of voices.

Christian watched at his two humans remained still until his next commands, humans; pathetic he thought silently. He watched at his Maker's blood glided across the concrete in a stream of red as he walked around it to avoid getting it on his feet. He smirked as how pathetic his Maker had become, so weak and lifeless. This is how he imagined it in his mind. The plan couldn't have gone any better in his mind.

"Had enough Bill?" he asked.

He knew that Bill would be to weak to string more than a sentence together, this was how he wanted him to be.

Bill was feeling at peace just for the moment of being able to absorb anything around him, he wished it all to be over, he needed it too be over. This was not how he imagined how his life would end.

"Had enough Bill?"

He breathed a moment of silence, his body rejecting to everything that he tried to think, that he tried to do.

"S----Stop" he muttered.

"S----Stop"

Christian smirked at his Maker's please, how he had built himself so high to be knocked down by his mistake of a progeny. How the mighty had fallen. He was able to block out everything that his Maker was feeling, just so he could enjoy this moment. Then his ears picked out something from close by, the sound of falling steel. He turned instantly to his glamoured humans;

"Looks like we have some company....Max, Winston. Bring them to me NOW!" Christian ordered.

He then began to circle Bill as Bill had heard the exact same thing; not impressed by this new development.

"Looks like you will have to wait" he sighed.

Kiara had turned a corner when two burly looking men came at her.

"shit..." she muttered as she dodged one of them trying to grab her, then the other. She kicked one back and ran, able to still cover a good distance even in stiletto boots.

She turned around, the two humans still coming at her. She wondered... they had to be lackeys of whoever had taken Bill... perhaps if she let herself get captured they would take her RIGHT to Bill.

She dodged another one and rolled her eyes. Of course thats what they would do. People were predictable, especially when clouded by emotions. So she made sure she had two daggers concealed by her wrists before she let the two humans capture her.

They grabbed her hair and pulled her roughly. Oh...these two would die painfully once their usefulness was over.

Sure enough they each picked her up by her arms and dragged her to a large room. The smell of blood hit her hard but it was the hideous pile of silver, blood, exposed bone and flesh that caught her eye.

"Bill...." she whispered, his physical state shocking her into momentary silence.

"Looks like you will have to wait"

Wait? Wait for what? Who was here? Bill tried to open his eyes fully, but the full power of the weight of the chains pressing against him, paralyzing him from moving, un-able to fully speak, to see who was it that had interrupted his progeny's plans.

"Bill...."

Bill heard the faint of a whisper of a voice that he recognized, his eyes managed to open slowly as he caught the sight of someone who wished was not here.

"K-Kiara....Leave..Leave her alone" he managed to shout.

"K-Kiara....Leave..Leave her alone"

Christian smirked as Bill's were was brought to him, surprised that she would even be here. He sped over and impaled the blade further into his chest as Bill cursed out as his body shook as he turned back to Kiara.

"So looks like we have an uninvited guest in our midst" he walked over towards Kiara.

Their eyes far apart as his humans held her still as she did not struggle against their grip.

"So...you came. How sweet of you" he laughed.

Kiara smirked but said nothing. In her mind she was going over scenario after scenario on how to get Bill out of this.

First she'd have to kill, or incapacitate the brainwashed humans, then she'd have to deal with the pesky child vampire. She had plenty of silver on her person, not to mention what was around as well.

Her eyes drifted over to Bill and she felt a pang of empathy for him. He must be in so much pain and having suffered physical torture for years she knew just how much it sucked.

First she needed to get that dagger out of him.. then remove the silver, but she knew it would tear off plenty of skin, which is why she'd brought over the vials of Fae blood. Like vampire first aid it would give him a quick boost of energy enough to sustain him while she got larger amounts of blood.

"So...you came. How sweet of you"

She turned her eyes to Christian and smirked. "Bill changed the locks on me... had to come find a key" she mocked.

"Bill changed the locks on me... had to come find a key"

Christian laughed at her comment, seems that his plans to split up the two lovers had failed. She had sought him out, one plan may be a bust, but his other was still in action.

"So it seems....But i am afraid that Bill is a little pre-occupied at the moment, so it seems that you may have take a rain check on that *he smirked* Put her over next to him. Let her say her goodbye's" he commanded his humans.

Kiara grunted when the men yanked her up then forced her to her knees besides Bill. She was knelt on a pile of his own blood and rotted flesh. Gods it reeked and it made her nose burn.

She looked at Bill who looked so miserable. The petty part of her said that he deserved this for having been stupid, but she couldn't be that petty if she tried. Instead, as the lackeys forced her closer to him she smiled.

"Sorry baby...but this is going to hurt... a lot" she whispered. She brought her leg up, hooked the heel on one of the links in the silver chain pooled at his lap and in one swift moment ripped the silver from his body and tossed it at Christian.

Using the distracting she extracted the two daggers by her wrists and impaled them deep into the human's groin, missing their vital anatomy by a hair.

Both men howled in pain and dropped her quickly, unable to think pass the pain in their junk.

Kiara got up and yanked the dagger out of Bill. She had to ignore his screams of agony as she pulled off most of the silver from his right arm and again used it against Christian.

"Sorry baby...but this is going to hurt... a lot"

What was she doing? He was un-prepared for her next movement when he felt his entire body ignite in a roaring flame as his flesh was torn from his body as he felt his insides being torn apart as the silver had burnt through his flesh like a hot knife through butter as he felt it brush past his ribs. He cursed out as he withdrew his body closer into himself as he tried to block it out, feeling numb from all the pain.

He had never felt such pain coursing through his body, this topped the list from everything that he had ever experienced in his immortal life.

Christian was un-prepared for the next set of events as they un-folded in front of him as his Maker was released a little from his confinements as the were attacked his humans as she rendered them un-capable of moving as they were knocked to the floor as the were tossed the first set of chains towards him as he dodged them by a mere inch. But his Maker's flesh landed on his body as she quickly dusted himself off as were caught unaware of the second set of chains that hit him and knocked him to the ground.

He groaned out as the silver cut through his flesh as he howled at this new sensation as he tried to shift the chains from his small frame, quickly dislodging himself from the flesh covered silver chains, he dropped his fangs, he was no longer playing games. Now it was personal as he launched for the were bitch.

Kiara watched as Christian came at her like a tiny tornado. The good thing about this was that she had the size advantage. Crouching down she caught him by the shoulders, flipped and launched him back across the room where he landed in a pile of scrap metal.

That bought her a few precious seconds as she removed the silver from Bill's right arm.

With each of his screams she rolled her eyes. "Suck it up you big baby, this is no time to cry" she growled. She could already hear Christian heading for her so in one one quick move she pulled out one of the vials of fae blood, cracked it open and poured the blood into Bill's mouth, having to force it open since he wasn't being too cooperative.

Christian pounced on the were bitch as she reacted with full force and evaded his grasp as she slung him by his shoulders and launched his small frame across the room as his body collided with a bunch of old steel as he growled out at the impact, feeling the sharp edges scratch his skin and pierce through his hands.

Blood pooled from his open cuts as he tried to adjust himself, collecting himself as he tried to fight back at the were, the one that would ruin his plans for his Maker. She would not ruin it, not now, not after everything. He had water over 115 years for this moment, this bitch was not about to ruin it.

"Suck it up you big baby, this is no time to cry"

Bill cursed out as the last piece of remaining silver that bound him to the ground was removed along with his burnt flesh. He growled, unable to have the strength to do anything else.

He then felt something pour into his mouth, something sweet and sticky; blood. It was not Kiara's blood but something more potent as he felt a glimmer of his severe weakened strength return to his burnt hands, his eyes semi flickering from the small ingestment of fresh blood.

Christian dusted himself off from the small shards of steel that impaled his small child like body as he watched his wounds heal instantly as he bared his small fangs at the were bitch who had foiled his plans and now his Maker was now free of his confinements.

He launched himself at the were and was kicked back across the room, but he flipped and landed on his knees, as he slowly raised himself to his feet, his small fangs still baring at the were.

"You would save him....After all that he done to you...Said to you...Why?" he growled.

Kiara turned her head just in time to push herself, and Bill out of the path of flying metal beam.

"Jesus..." she muttered as she got back on her feet. Bill was starting to come back but he was still nothing more than naked burned flesh and hair. Christian came at her again, snapping jaws like a paper shredder.

"You will NOT STOP ME!" he yelled trying to sink his fangs into her body while she held him back.

"Can it you brat. I eat little kids like you for breakfast" she growled back, taking advantage of the weight difference to swing him over and up to the rafters above the second floor of the warehouse.

Again buying herself much needed time she went back to Bill, opening the second, third and fourth vial of fae blood and pouring it into his mouth.

Again she was met with protests of pain on his end. "William Compton you will drink or I will geld you" she threatened as she forced the fae blood into his mouth.

Just as the last bit of fae blood went into his mouth she was knocked several feet back by the mass that was Christian. He was livid and went after her again, throwing her against the wall which creaked and protested, dust and fragments of concrete falling on her.

She gasped, the wind leaving her lungs in a rush. Her whole body ached due to the hit. Christian was in front of her, approaching her like a predator.

Bill could hear everything around him, but still so severely weak to do anything but lay there as he felt more blood flow into his mouth and glide down his throat, almost like a cooling liquid that that sated the furnace that had been ignited by his young progeny.

He opened his eyes to see that his progeny and his fiance were fighting as Kiara was subjected to Christian's cruel and impulsive actions that he found developed even for a small vampire such as him.

His hand scrunched together as he felt his arms begin to tingle as a inkling of strength returned to his body.

The were's blood lingered on his lips as he let his tongue caress his lips to enjoy the taste of fresh blood. After he watched the were weakened from his attack as she attempted to gain her strength back from the crumbling structure that had landed on her.

"Why do you care for him so much? After everything that he has done? Why him?" he asked curiously.

He took a few small steps towards her as he waited for his response.

Kiara groaned, getting to her feet. Blood trickled down her face and pain coursed through her veins.

"Why do you care for him so much? After everything that he has done? Why him?"

She chuckled. That was the million dollar question wasn't it?

"Because... he may not like me anymore.. but he's saved me plenty of times, and I don't like having debts" she hissed as she tossed a small dagger at Christian. She missed the heart, not ending the vampire when she should have.

Christian hissed through his teeth as the small dagger impaled him in his chest and made him stumble a little as he gripped the small dagger in his hand as he pulled it out of his chest as he growled at the act.

"You would sacrifice yourself for him...A vampire. For a debt. Not for love. Curious" he remarked.

Looking at the small dagger as he felt the sharpness of the blade across his skin as he glanced around at his Maker who was attempting to move. He turned back to the were and speedily he threw the dagger at her as it impaled in her shoulder.
