Blinking she looked up from the microscope that held the same of Vampire blood mixed with what they were calling Hep V. Even after almost 6 months of trying to figure out just what was the cocktail they had found at the manufacturing plant in Shreveport. They were no closer to finding out just how much of the blood had been tainted and if it had been put out in circulation. Even with the paperwork that was left behind and what they had been able to hack into all they knew was the the Governor was behind it and that he had bigger plans for it's use. The prison camp they had found when the took control of the bottling plant gave them more evidence of what looked like was a concentration camp for Vampires. They had found the bloody remains of Vampires that when tested were found to have Hep V in the blood. Cat wanted nothing more than to get her hands on the sonfobitch and break his neck. But he hadn't been seen and was said to be in hiding.

Putting the samples away in the refrigeration unit she cleaned up her work space and left the lab. Cat and the other Biologist needed to find out if there were any Vamps walking around infected. If they could find one then maybe there could be a cure. Meeting her limo out front she used her hand to block out the lights of the paparazzi and protesters. She wished they would all give up. Vampires where not going to be leaving this earth soon. Telling the driver to take her to the hotel he pulled out her phone and called the front desk asking for a human to meet her when she got back to her room. Her hunger could no longer wait.
